Triggers

A trigger is activated when a driver performs a certain action. Here is a quick explainer of all the triggers available.

Agent Started Mission: When an agent starts a mission from the driver app, meaning when the agent starts the first task of this mission, all customers within this mission will receive an SMS with their estimated time of arrival.

Agent Started task: When an agent starts a task, the recipient will receive an SMS with its estimated time of arrival.

Agent Arrived: When an agent physically arrives near the location of the recipient, the recipient receives an SMS stating that the agent is near or has arrived. This is triggered when the driver is within 150 meters (~500 feet) of the destination.

Successful Task: When an agent has completed a task (a delivery or installation) from the driver app, the recipient receives an SMS stating that the agent has finished with the time of completion and proof of delivery if needed.

Failed Task: When an agent has completed a task and marks it as Failed, the recipient receives an SMS stating that the agent has finished but noted that is was failed with the relevant information and reasons.

Note: By toggling on/off the trigger switch, you will deactivate the automated SMS for this particular trigger.
