In order to cancel one of your subscriptions, please log in and navigate to your settings tab. Here, you can view all of your billing information, including your history of payment. You will also find an option for requesting subscription cancellation, which if selected will notify us about your request.
Your subscription will be canceled and we will notify you as soon as it is.
Per our company's policy, we do not provide refunds for subscriptions. If we determine it is appropriate based on the situation and in our sole discretion, we may issue a partial or complete refund. Our return/refund policy will also include any processing fee we incur as part of the original transaction.
