Gomove’s driver mobile application is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on the Google Play Store.

The driver will not be able to create an account from the app. Instead, you need to set up an account for your driver from your account on the Gomove dashboard.

To invite a driver to join your organization, head to the Teams menu➞Agent tab and click the + Add Agent button in the top-right corner of the screen. Enter the driver’s information, choose which team(s) they will be assigned to, and create a temporary password.

Once added, the driver will receive an invitation by SMS notification to join your organization. The SMS will contain a link to download the Gomove Driver app and the temporary password.

As soon the driver downloads the application, creates an account, and accepts the invitation, you can start assigning tasks to them.
